The best toasties in town, we always go for the smoke brisket toastie and it's simply AMAZING. The guys are super kind and friendly, plus you'll have great coffee and good options of fresh juices and cold drinks!
Recently I went on a road trip up the coast and Cue & Crew came across our radar for Breakfast.
*I might also mention that there are two establishments.
One in The North Entrance and another in Tuggerah and it is quite common to get them mixed up.*
The Atmosphere was rustic and cozy, it was a wet early morning so foot traffic was quite light.
The Service was generally nice and quick. The staff were also kind and friendly.
To start I ordered a Smoked Briskett and Egg Roll.
I also got a Pork Belly and some Hash Browns on the side.
The Milk Bun was nice and soft.
Eggs were cooked perfectly.
Brisket had a good flavour.
The Cheese and Barbeque Sauce made the Burger.
7/10
Hash Browns were basic, however they tasted as if they came straight from the fryer and weren't seasoned with enough salt.
5/10
The Pork Belly was disappointing, it was over cooked and the texture was chewy.
The fat was just slimy and hard to eat.
2/10
I also had some Banana Bread to close out.
Overall it was okay, but it was on the dry side for my liking.
I believe it missed some potential without being served with Syrup.
5.5/10
To drink I had a North Entrance Sunrise which was a 3 Flavour Layered Mocktail Smoothie.
The texture was nice and thick, however the Banana did overpower the Mango and Pineapple.
The Raspberry Syrup was almost unnoticeable if it wasn't for the colour at the bottom.
I believe his could have been executed a lot better.
7/10
On my way out I also had a Snickers Smoothie (Skinny Version)
The Smoothie was spot on to a Snickers flavour and was probably the best thing on the day personally.
Great flavour and a generous amount of peanuts too.
Overall a great drink while being healthy.
8/10
To summarise my experience at Cue & Crew it was okay at best, it does come off as a "hit or miss"
I may have caught them on an off day.
For my next trip up the coast I will definitely be trying out their other establishment out in Tuggerah.

We spent a day in the area coming down from Newcastle with our young family and relatives.
On the way back from the beach, we saw this place and thought it would be a good spot for dinner.
It was such a welcoming service from one of the main ladies in the business, given that our family was a mixture of pescetarian/vegetarian and the menu was mostly meat based.
We were recommended the corn on the cob, mac and cheese, fries along with some brioche bread which was perfect for our family as the flavour and spices were amazing!
Thanks again for a great dinner and also for giving us the best directions on the way back home.
Can highly recommended these guys no matter what type of diet you have along with their friendly service!
Friday night, after a magnificent event in the afternoon in Sydney, my daughter wanted some fantastic food at the Entrance North. WSo, we made our way to ‘Cue and Crew’ where we discovered some incredible smoky American-style barbecue! Everything that we tried was beyond amazing!
Not only was the brisket, pork belly, ribs, smoky wings, and burgers beyond perfection, the service was well above what we expected. Personal, truly caring, and the love of their craft was obvious!
The ribs were a fall-off-the-bone masterpiece, and the wings weren’t just little partial joints, they were full wings that were brilliantly, smoked, and then finished off with a beautiful glaze!
The Cue burger was a fist full of OMG! I chose brisket as the meat and the coleslaw with the house made pickles really made the experience way beyond my expectations. The brioche bun was perfect, and the deep and gentle Aussie iron bark smoke flavour was enticing as well as balanced.
Anna, Chris, Maddie and Alex are doing a fantastic job! It’s worth every moment you spend there. We will absolutely be heading back soon!
Only had coffee.. it was excellent 👌
The order take away area was getting smashed. For my first coffee of the day.
We did dine in (outdoor) with dog. (Dog Friendly area)
Took ages. But friendly faces and good coffee saved it for me.
Lunch was awful, I was given cold nachos and took them back and said the brisket was cold. I got it re made in a takeaway container. Still cold the cheese was not melted on both meals and the beans were cold. I Was really looking forward to this place and was overly disappointed
Just had an ice coffee, capachino & BBQ brisket toastie very nice and friendly staff.
It was a good portion size and tasted good. Will be back❤😊
I have been here many times and the food is normally amazing but what happened today? I ordered a vegetarian omelette. I could hardly find the omelette underneath the melted cheese that was almost dripping off the plate and it never …
